ISLAND RESET RETREAT
FAJARDO, PUERTO RICO
FEBRUARY 5-9, 2026
Reset Your Nervous System, Reconnect With Your Soul, Guided by Nature
The Island Reset Retreat with Paddle Babes
SOLD OUT
Something powerful happens when you step away from the noise and let nature take the lead.
On the sun-drenched shores of Puerto Rico, we’ll paddle, breathe, float, and rest—giving your nervous system the reset it’s been quietly begging for. This is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the busyness.
At Paddle Babes, our intention is for you to return home feeling like yourself again: grounded, recharged, and with a calmer nervous system, clearer mind, and deeper connection to your body and intuition. We want to help you to carry the energy of the island with you, long after you’ve left.
Perched on a hillside with ocean views, our home base in Fajardo puts us just minutes (and a short bike ride!) from local beaches and restaurants.
We’ll spend our days moving gently, eating well, and soaking up the island’s beauty: from paddling calm Caribbean waters to hiking through rainforest trails to find waterfalls. And one magical night we're paddling through glowing waters in a nearby bioluminescent bay.
The Accommodations
Our private retreat home in Fajardo is actually 4 homes sharing a pool and panoramic views: the upper house, the lower house, the guest house, and a private studio apartment! It’s the perfect sanctuary at the top of a hill overlooking the Atlantic— bright, coastal, and relaxed.
You’ll have access to:
A private pool overlooking the ocean
Bicycles for easy rides to local restaurants or the beach (about 1 mile away).
Seven Seas Beach, known for calm waters and beautiful sunrise views.
Coffee and breakfast items available in the house each morning.
One other meal per day included (lunch included during daytime excursions, dinner included on the night of our bioluminescent tour). Other meals are flexible and on your own—perfect for exploring local spots with new friends.
Fajardo is considered a safe area for women travelers, though we recommend biking, walking, and enjoying local fare with at least one other person at all times.
We’ll be staying in a small coastal town, so there will be plenty to explore if you’re feeling adventurous—cafés, local shops, and laid-back beachside restaurants all within easy reach.

Are you ready to trade burnout for balance—not with screens or self-help hacks, but with saltwater, sunshine, and space to breathe?
With Paddle Babes as your guide, this is your invitation to unplug, float, move, rest, and reconnect with nature, with your body, and with the version of you that isn’t running on empty.
This retreat is designed to calm your nervous system and bring you back into rhythm with the natural world. You’ll paddle tropical waters, hike to hidden waterfalls, and swim in rainforest pools—while letting someone else make the plans for once. Just arrive. We’ll take it from there.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply connected—to yourself, nature, and a circle of women who just get it. If you’ve been craving rest that actually restores you, this retreat was made for you.
Lauren Pavao | Retreat Leader, Paddle Instructor, Outdoor Guide
Lauren knows what it’s like to be a highly driven woman on the verge of burnout. She discovered the healing power of water during a season when she needed deep rest and reconnection. What started as a personal practice turned into a passion for helping women slow down, unplug, and feel at home in nature—and in themselves.
She’s been leading women in nature and on the water for 5 years. She’s discovered that women come alive and become their best selves when they’re allowed to be fully authentic out in nature.
Through her grounded guidance and love for wild places, she creates space for women to reset their nervous systems, move with the water, and return home feeling calm, clear, and recharged.
